I HAVE just bought a 1992 four-cylinder Mitsubishi Magna TR. It's in excellent condition and runs extremely well, but uses 15 litres/100km, which I think is too high. I'm definitely not a lead foot. What am I doing wrong?
THAT figure is too high. Mitsubishi expert Des Seaton suggests you check the temperature sensor and the oxygen sensors. If the sensors are malfunctioning it could mean the computer is supplying too much fuel.
