Asked by Darren
My daughter is turning 17 and I want to get her a car now, so she has a year to drive it before she gets her licence. I have a set budget of $13,000 drive away. What suggestions do you have in the line of a 5-door sporty hatch auto?
Answered by CarsGuide
19 Jun 2017If it were my daughter I would be looking for safety and reliability as top priorities in a first car. With your budget I would be looking at a 2013/14 Mazda2, a 2014/15 Kia Rio, and a 2014 Toyota Yaris.
