Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014: Fix for noisy shocks?

I know in the past you looked into the issue with Jeep and the noisy shocks fitted to the Grand Cherokee range, but it has now been three years since the release of the original model/problem and still nothing has been done. Jeep has now released a new model, which carries over the same problem. My local dealer has washed his hands of it all telling me to go away and deal with Jeep. I have contacted Jeep on a few occasions, but still no answer. I have enquired through a solicitor regarding action and he advised to contact Jeep in writing, but at this point still no answer. Do you know of any light on the horizon or offer any further advise that may have Jeep listen to the customers with a three-year fault.
