Nissan Maxima TI

My 2000 A33 Nissan Maxima Ti starts and runs perfectly, but after a short run of say six kays or so, and after standing for about five hours it will miss badly when restarted as if a plug is faulty. Then the next time it will start and run perfectly. It's been an intermittent fault for a long time.

It seems to be temperature related, and sounds like an engine sensor is playing up, it could be a connection that's faulty. Have a mechanic, preferably a Nissan specialist check the sensors and their connections.
