Mazda 6 Sport mileage concern

I am considering buying a 2007 Mazda 6 Sports Luxury manual that a friend is selling, but the only problem is that it has 145,000 km on it. I know it has full service history and is in great condition, but is this something I should stay away from. Are they known to incur problems around this stage, or are they a good machine that is just warming up. I don't want to buy a car and then realize that there is a major service just around the corner. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
