Holden Captiva: Pulling to the left

...
I have read several reports of the Holden Captiva pulling to the left, mine does also, but the concern I have is that on many occasions I was unable to remove the ignition key after turning off the motor. I had to leave the car in the garage or stay with it for about five minutes each time I turned the ignition off before I was able to remove the key. When I took it to the dealer for repairs, they knew about the fault and what was needed to repair the car. They then told me they had many Captivas with the same fault, but they refused to give me an e-mail address for me to correspond with GM, as I felt all Captivas should have been recalled and repaired. Where can I go?
