Kia Cerato 2017: Boot not working properly

I have a 2017 Kia Cerato and I can't open the boot from inside the car, but it's ok with electric key unlock from outside. Is it cable operated from inside? If so, how do I fix it, or does this come under warranty?

It should be covered under Kia’s warranty, so take it back to your dealer and have it fixed.
