I30 issues

I have had two major problems with my 2008 Hyundai i30, which has done 94,000 km and I can't seem to get any answers from anyone. The first is that I have blown at least 15 headlight globes; the second is that the wiper blades bounce across the screen. Only the genuine factory blades work, but no service centre uses them, so I have to get them ordered in specially. I have tried three different genuine service centres so far, and each one has told me they don't know what?s wrong, and they won't look into it. What else can I do?
