Toyota Prado: GPS speedometers

I was interested to read your article about GPS digital speedometers as my Toyota Prado is several kilometres out at various speeds and I never feel totally comfortable when travelling through different speed zones. It appears you bought a similar device to the one that you had in Scotland. I am very interested in such a device, and was wondering if you could please supply me with the details and where I could buy it.
