Gps is plot on

WHEN I am driving my 2008 Honda Civic Vti-L sedan on the freeway with my speedo showing a 110km/h my GPS shows a reading of 106km/h. In fact, wherever I am driving my speed on the speedo is always 4km/h faster than that shown on the GPS. Which would you consider to be the most accurate, the speedo or the GPS?

The GPS. The results really confirm what we know, that speedos read optimistically, that is they show a higher speed than actual. Your GPS is always lower than the speedo, suggesting that its closer to the real speed.
