Ford Falcon: LPG refilling issues

I have been having difficulty getting gas into my dedicated gas AU III Falcon and was told by my local service station proprietor that maybe some stations had worn dispensers. I have now identified that I cannot fill car immediately after a trip, regardless of the level of gas in tank, which is typically half to two thirds full. Can you help?
