Ditto for falcon gearbox problems

I see FG Falcon owners are complaining about the shift quality of their auto transmissions. Well, I own a BF2 XR6 turbo and I also have a problem with the transmission. It thumps on downshifts, and there is an abrupt shift/thump when you accelerate again after slowing to 5 km/h or so. My car has traveled 93,000 km and I have raised the issue at every service, and like other owners I have had the same response and the same fix, which is to reflash/reset the computer. The problem goes away for a week or two then reappears. One dealer even flew the ZF expert down form Sydney on the last service under warranty and the problem received the same fix as in the past and it is still there and getting worse. A mechanic has told me he has had to fix two six- speed BF Falcons with 100,000 km on the clock.
