Hyundai i30 2009: Any problems with the engine or gearbox?

I've owned a 2009 Hyundai i30 auto diesel from new. It’s done 133,000 km, and is in good nick, and apart from an appetite for batteries there have been no real problems. Fuel consumption averages mid-8s around town and mid-5s in the country. Do I sell now or hang on to it? Are there any high mileage units out there? Any potential problems with engine and gearbox?
