My 2014 Nissan Navara lacks power and has a slow gearbox

My 2014 Nissan Navara Titanium edition has a lack of power and takes a while to change gear. With my foot flat to the floor, the revs go up but it can't get past 60km/h. It changes gear, the revs go down and speedo goes up over 60. When I reach an incline, the speed goes down. After a while the car accelerates properly. This happens daily. There’s some oil around the intercooler hose.
