Volkswagen Golf R 2014 review

Driving the new VW Golf R on ice in Northern Sweeden is about as far from a real world as you can get but bare with because there is method to the madness.As with its predecessor and unlike the Gold GTI, the Golf R has a new generation Haldex four-wheel drive system capable of sending almost 100 per cent of the power to the rear axle. The engine is the same as the 2-litre TSI as the Golf GTI but heavily reworked to produce 206kW and 380Nm.
