German fashion designer Philipp Plein has found himself in hot water with his favourite car brand, Ferrari.
Photos of his lurid green 812 Superfast with models in bikinis, or promoting his range of sneakers, has seen a legal firm purporting to be representing the Italian manufacturer send Plein a cease-and-desist letter.
Basically, Ferrari don't like the way this guy flaunts his affluent lifestyle on Instagram. The 48-hour grace period has expired so everyone is keen to see if the promised legal action will eventuate.
If Ferrari don't like this guy then hopefully they don't start looking at Dan Bilzerian's accounts...
Is Ferrari right to send Philipp a cease-and-desist letter? Let us know in the comments.
