"The Opel Corsa is one of Europe’s most enduring light hatchbacks, debuting in 1982 as a practical and affordable small car. Developed by German carmaker Opel, it quickly found popularity across the continent and was sold under various names depending on the market, including the Vauxhall Corsa in the UK and Chevrolet Corsa in parts of South America.

Throughout six generations, the Corsa evolved with sharper styling, advanced safety features and improved driving dynamics. It became a strong competitor to the likes of the Ford Fiesta and Volkswagen Polo, offering a blend of German engineering and compact versatility. The current model, launched in 2019, shares its platform with the Peugeot 208 following Opel’s integration into the Stellantis group.
