It would be scary enough seeing a car flipping into the air in front of you, but imagine if it were a speeding truck. That’s exactly what some drivers in Russia witnessed recently, when a truck barrelling down the road loses control, crashes into a ditch and then does a backflip.
After viewing this dashcam footage, it appears the cause of the crash was a combination of factors. Too much speed, an incorrectly loaded bed and perhaps undulations in the road are all to have likely played a role in flipping this truck.
Fortunately, the truck didn’t end up crashing into any other vehicles and its driver is said to have made it out alive.
