Australian manufacturer ARB has revealed its first 4x4 accessories for the new Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series upper-large SUV.

As reported, ARB had been waiting to take delivery of its own LC300 before starting development of its Australian-made accessories, but since doing so, it’s been able to relatively quickly turnaround a suite of upgrades.

In fact, the LC300 debut’s ARB’s next-generation Summit Bar, or steel bull bar, which newly features integrated LED lights (DRL, indicator, fog and clearance) and no front buffer section, with the grille and light assembly attaching from the front to speed up fitment times.

The Summit Bar also has LC300-specific flourishes, including pressform wing under-panels that direct airflow to the corner-mounted intercoolers (a change from the preceding LC200’s top-mounted items), and a winch mount that accepts anything up to an M12 Warn.

More importantly, though, the Summit Bar supports the LC300’s advanced driver-assist system (ADAS), including autonomous emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, among others.

ARB’s Summit Side Rails and Summit Side Steps are compatible with the new Summit Bar, which not only carries over the 60.3mm outer frames of its predecessor, but also has two antenna tabs integrated into the centre cross tube. Matte-black powder-coated or colour-coded finishes are available.

While not detailed, the ARB-accessorised LC300 shown here is also fitted with LED driving lights, scrub rails, black alloy wheels with all-terrain tyres, front recovery points, upgraded suspension and a roof platform.

Pre-orders for the Summit Bar are now open, with deliveries expected to begin next month. For reference, the LC300 is priced from $89,990 to $138,790 plus on-road costs, although buyers are facing year-long wait times due to parts shortages.

Justin’s dad chose to miss his birth because he wanted to watch Peter Brock hopefully win Bathurst, so it figures Justin grew up to have a car obsession, too – and don’t worry, his dad did turn up in time after some stern words from his mum. That said, despite loving cars and writing, Justin chose to pursue career paths that didn’t lend themselves to automotive journalism, before eventually ending up working as a computer technician. But that car itch just couldn’t be scratched by his chipped Volkswagen Golf R (Mk7), so he finally decided to give into the inevitable and study a Master of Journalism at the same time. And even with the long odds, Justin was lucky enough to land a full-time job as a motoring journalist soon after graduating and the rest, as they say, is history. These days, Justin happily finds himself working at CarsGuide during the biggest period of change yet for the automotive industry, which is perhaps the most exciting part of all. In case you’re wondering, Justin begrudgingly sold the Golf R (sans chip) and still has plans to buy his dream car, an E46 BMW M3 coupe (manual, of course), but he is in desperate need of a second car space – or maybe a third.
