I'm looking at two cars with the idea of possibly buying one. One is a 2006 Holden Cruze that has done 86,000 km and is priced at $10,000, the other is a 2011 Toyota Yaris that has done 123,526km and is priced at $8,998. What would be the better choice, lower km or later model?
The car with the lower kilometres can be an attractive proposition, but it's a Cruze and should be avoided as they have a terrible history of unreliability. The Yaris is smaller and it has done more kilometres, but it would seem to be a much better bet.
