Volkswagen Polo 2010: Gearbox noise

After the first service on my 2010 VW Polo TSI the 7-speed DSG gearbox began acting peculiarly. When the car is turning and going up a hill from a standing still and going from 1st to 2nd gear, it doesn’t engage the gear properly and it shakes the entire car until it hits 2nd. It doesn’t give me any confidence, especially in a brand new car. Other problems are an irritating noise while idling or in ‘Drive’ while standing still. Have you heard anything about these kinds of issues?
