    IN REFERENCE to Errol Loynes' inquiry about his MG ZT V8 (Carsguide, February 9). As you suspected, the dealer's information is misleading. The diagnostic software updates for all MG and Rover cars are available and now also come in an affordable, portable form for enthusiasts to use with laptops. Available from Blackbox Solutions (www.blackbox.com), Rovacom Lite diagnostic hardware and software cover all systems from engine management to climate control.
