Thank you, ford

I wrote to you a few weeks ago about my wife's Territory, and the balljoints being replaced at 44,000km. After writing to head office, Ford did the right thing, and we have a cheque for $513 coming our way. Many thanks to you for your help, but I see in Carsguide that you're receiving many letters and emails about the same issue. It's a sad and sorry situation. Glad you're pushing the brake-hose issue for BA/BF Falcons too; hopefully Ford will recall these vehicles. Keep up the good work.
