Hyundai ix35 2014: Sudden deceleration fixed

I contacted you mid last year about my Hyundai ix35 after it suddenly slowed from 60km/h to 20km/h causing the cars behind me to slam on their brakes to avoid a collision. With your assistance in escalating the issue Hyundai did fix it, but now just as I am getting my confidence in the car back it has happened again. Have you received any other reports of this happening to other owners?

No, we haven't had any more reports of this issue, but it sounds serious. Hyundai has fixed your car before, so I would return it as you are doing and press on them the danger of the situation you found yourself in when it happened. Lemon laws where you could get a replacement car don't exist in Australia, and the consumer laws we do have are pathetic and few people have the fortitude it takes to pursue it to the end.
