AT 38,000km my 2004 Toyota Corolla developed what felt like a minor miss in the engine. The manual indicated the spark plugs should be changed at 40,000km. I changed all the plugs and this alleviated the miss. Can I use long-life spark plugs? If so will this damage the engine in any way or improve my fuel economy.
YOU can use them without causing any damage to your engine, but long-life spark plugs are considerably more expensive than regular ones and you should consider this before installing them.
