I RECENTLY bought an AUII Falcon XR8 ute, something I have always wanted. But with petrol prices heading north I am considering fitting LPG at a cost of $2222. I travel 12-15,000km a year and was wondering if it is worth it.

YOU would recoup the cost of installation in 18 months to two years, which makes it worthwhile, particularly if you plan to keep the ute for a few years.
