Ford Territory ICC unit

My 2011 Ford Territory has been back to the dealer approx. 20 times since I bought it. The main problem has been the ICC unit, which doesn't work the way it was or is supposed too. It has been replaced several times, each time with another lame excuse. Once I even picked my car up having been told it was fixed only to find the reversing camera wasn't working when I backed it into my parking spot back at work. There have been numerous other issues with it. Apart from the ICC not working the way it is meant to, I have had the brakes stuck on twice while travelling down a freeway, I have had trouble with the front driver's seat, I have been stranded in the middle of nowhere with no sat-nav, there has been no bluetooth connect or aux connect for as long as I can remember, the phone pick up button on the steering wheel would mute my phone. I have been more than patient, even the dealers agree, but no one seems to be able to fix these issues. It has been at the dealer's now since mid-January, and that was after I'd picked it up after the previous visit in December. I would really appreciate your advice?

It's time to draw a line in the sand, and get the dealer, and Ford, to set out their plan to fix the issues with your car. They are required to fix a car when it is faulty, as yours would appear to be, so you need to get them to spell out what they are going to do about it. Get it in writing, so you have something to which you can hold them to account. Also get them to give you a deadline, one that you can agree to. If that doesn't work out, press for a replacement vehicle.
