Cruze transmission problem (Part 14)

I own a 2011 Holden Cruze CDX and notice that the gearbox is starting to slip a lot. I have called Holden and they have booked me in for a diagnostic check to see if it's an internal failure. They have said that even if Holden agrees that it is a failure they might pay 100 percent or 50 percent, but it's up to them how much they pay and they need the service history. I do all my services. I am at the point of not knowing what to do, the car is still under finance and I have only owned it 12 months.
