Ask Smithy Xtra Vibrating Falcon Ute

There is an annoying vibration with the Falcon ute I drive. It feels similar to a bad wheel balance vibration occurring at speeds of 55 to 60 km/h, 75 to 80 km/h and 107 km/h onwards. It is particularly irritating on long country drives and even more noticeable on smoother roads. I reported this problem to my dealer and although they acknowledged the vibration and tried to help, they mentioned a similar case they were aware of, but couldn't determine the cause. Ford investigated it, but concluded that the vibration was tolerable and wiped their hands from the issue. So, nice going Ford, guess I'll just have to put up with your engineering incompetence, poor customer service and lack of empathy until this vehicle is updated.
