Ask Smithy Xtra Replacing bush on front diff

I have been advised that I have to have L/H mounting bush on front diff replaced on my 2005 Ford Territory, which has done 73,600 km. Is this a common problem? How expensive would you expect this job to be?

It is quite common on the Territory; we’ve had plenty of reports of it happening. Past estimates suggest it costs $400-$600 to do the bushes.
