I bought a new Falcon G6 Limited Edition in November last year, and while there are many things I like about the car there are frustrating issues with the climate control, which is all over the place. The first issue was that it didn't get cold enough in the summer and I would actually sweat even on the low setting. When measured the air vent temperature varied from about 10 degrees C to 20 degrees C ? it was never constant. After many tests and checks Ford finally admitted that there was an issue with the control module so on the fourth trip back they replaced it. Unfortunately there is still an issue and I have taken the car back about seven times now. The system does not control properly and will deliver air out of the vent at 30 degrees C when the set point is 22 degrees C and the cabin temperature is 26 degrees C. It has been an extremely frustrating 12 months and Ford?s technical people refuse to admit there is an issue. Are other owners having the same problem?

You would have to think there is a problem with the control module, one that’s more widespread than we so far know about. Perhaps other readers could tell us about their experience.
