That’s a tough one given that the traditional chauffeur cars are no longer made. If you are aiming at business type clients and want to impress them consider a BMW 5-Series or a Mercedes-Benz E-class.
The best option for you is probably to ditch the run-flats and fit regular radials. You can then run a regular spare and you could buy a jack from your local auto accessory store.
YOU won't have any degradation in safety by switching to a conventional tyre, and the ride will be much better. You'll have to carry a spare of some sort, but that's not a huge issue on your car. Or you could carry a can of foam repairer to get you out of trouble if you have a puncture.
