Mazda CX-3 won't receive incoming calls
By Graham Smith · 15 Mar 2018

I purchased a Mazda CX-3 in December 2017 and have found I am unable to answer incoming calls, although able to send calls and return calls.

Mornington Mazda sales person and a member of the service department both handled my phone and didn't advice any problem with the model? Service department has since advised my IPhone4 is not compatible with Mazda software and I should update my phone.

Presume caveat emptor applies, but surely this should have been advised at point of sale as part of full disclosure? Surely if I can send calls the receive mode should work also?

How to fix the radio in my 2017 Voklswagen Jetta
By Graham Smith · 09 Mar 2018

I purchased a 2017 VW Jetta in late August and from the start the AM radio reception has been very poor with a lot of interference. What's your advice?

Holden Cruze 2014: Cruise control calibration problem?
By Graham Smith · 02 Mar 2018

The cruise control on my 2014 Holden Cruze drops down to fourth gear while driving, but if you put it into manual and change up to fifth gear it climbs the hill without labouring or pinging, but increases speed. If you drive the same hills just in auto it behaves as you would expect. When you go up a very steep hill it drops down to fourth gear as you expect. I havfce spoken a few other Cruze owners and their Cruze does the same as mine. My son who is a qualified mechanic said, there must be a calibration problem with the cruise control. What do you think?
