Hyundai Sonata 2015: Reversing camera out of alignment

I have a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, which has numerous issues with the audio/reversing camera unit. It was eventually replaced, but the alignment on the reverse camera is not right. They have said it can't be adjusted, and have checked it, and claim it is within spec, but it is at least 30 cm out. I have gone from being able to confidently use it to assist to virtually disregarding it.
