Is GST payable when you sell a secondhand car privately?

What is the selling price of a 2005 Toyota HiLux dual-cab turbodiesel that's done about 170,000 kilometres?

I bought my Honda about a year ago, and it's now got 18,000km on the clock. I would like to sell it or swap it for something sportier from Europe, but I'm worried that I'm going to lose a lot of money on it. I also need to get rid of my loan on it. Any ideas?
