Some of the biggest names in motoring have been renewed at this year's Detroit motor show.

New versions of the Chevrolet Corvette, Ford Mustang, and Ford F-Series will be making their first public appearance.

Other carmakers, like Toyota, Lexus and Kia are showing models like the FT-1 concept, RC-F, and Kia GT Stinger concept to help inject some passion into their respective brands.

We've gathered together the best of the show into a mega-gallery of the highlights, showing the most stylish cars - and the equally stylish (and hardworking) show stand attendants from Audi, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Dodge, Infiniti, Jeep, Lexus, Lincoln, Toyota and more.

And for those who like to track trends, take a comparative look at the highlights from local events, showing the highlights in our 2010, 2011, and 2012 Australian International Motor Show galleries
