Why is the Instrument cluster on my '16 Ford Ranger not responding?

The Instrument cluster on my 2016 Ford Ranger is not responding, nor will the light or radio turn off once the keys are out of the ignition, indicators don’t work either. What could be the problem?

There’s possibly a problem with the body ECM or the ignition switch. Take it to your dealer and have it checked.
