Unresolved claim

The Shockwave paint on my BA Fairmont is coming away from the primer and I'm making a claim against Ford to rectify the fault. Twice I have been assured by my dealer that approval was a only a mere formality and that my claim should be successful, but it has now been seven weeks since they took a second lot of photos and I have had no reply from the dealer despite contacting him a number of times. It's now been over three months since I started the claim, so where can I go to next?

I would continue to pressure the dealer, ask to see the company representative who assessed your car and took the photos, and approach Ford directly through its Customer Assistance Service.
