Tyres without service

I HAVE been frustrated by a lack of competence or poor service at various tyre service companies in my area. The result is I feel I have replaced tyres prematurely. They just want to sell tyres and never seem to be able to get the alignment right. What do you think?

I UNDERSTAND your frustration. Instead of going to the big tyre stores, try a smaller one that specialises in suspension work as well as selling tyres. Before booking in next time, ask the company for some references from other customers and follow them up. Once you have satisfied yourself the company can do the job, book in.
