    Nissan Tiida 2010: Squealing brakes

    Do you know of any issues with the 2010 Nissan Tiida's regarding brake noise? The wear is good, but there is a squealing noise when I brake at lights or intersections, even after I have had the rotors machined and pads replaced. Are the stock rotors of poor quality, or is brake dust to be blamed?

    We haven't had any other reports of noisy brakes on the Tiida, you could try bevelling the edge of the pads slightly, that can relieve a noise problem under light braking as you appear to have.
