I have a 2008 Toyota HiLux SR5 diesel with 300,000km and I’m looking at upgrading. I looked at the new-model HiLux, then someone suggested I look at the Ford Ranger and I also looked at the Mazda BT-50. I use the vehicle for dogs, and tow a dog trailer occasionally, I also do tracking comps with the dogs, so I could be in paddocks. I also have puppy bars set up in the HiLux. What would your suggestions be, please?
Answered by CarsGuide
22 Sep 2014Right now, with the HiLux set for a total replacement in the first half of next year, the Ford and Mazda are the better choices and get The Tick. Ford developed the car but shoppers report better deals on the BT-50.
