Kia Optima timing belt

My wife's 2006 Kia Optima V6 has only travelled 10,300 km, but the dealer insists the timing belt should have been changed after four years when the owner's handbook states that the belt is to be replaced at 90,000 km or 84 months. As you can see I am rather confused by this information. Your help in this matter would be much appreciated.

Kia told us that the recommended change timing is 120,000 km or five years, but it is also recommended that an inspection be done every 60,000 km. As you car is six years old I would suggest you have the belt changed.
