Ford Focus powershift problems

My 2012 Ford Focus has had non-stop problems with the transmission. It has been back many times to Ford, and now I have been asked to join a class action against the company. Do you know if this is legitimate?

There is a class action underway against Ford over the problems with the Focus automatic transmission. It sounds like you have as good a claim as anyone else.
