Ford Focus 2016: Electrical problems from rain

I recently left my passenger window open on my 2016 Ford Focus and it rained, and now my driver's display doesn't work and the radio comes on then says battery saver system and turns off. Could you advise me on which fuse is responsible for this, or could you give any advice on how to fix this?

I doubt that leaving the window open in the rain is responsible for your problem, and I doubt that it's fuse problem. If you want to check the fuses you could see which relates to which part of the circuit in the owner's manual. The best course of action is to take it to a Ford dealer or auto electrician and have it checked.
