How can you change a tyre when it will not come off the rear axle?

It’s almost impossible to change a tyre without removing the wheel from the car, and I assume that’s your problem. Somehow get the car to a tyre service or mechanic and have them remove the wheel for you if you can’t do it. Once the wheel is removed it’s a simple task to change the tyre.
