Ask Smithy Xtra New Kia Rio pulling left

From day one my 2010 Kia Rio has been pulling left. It has had six wheel alignments at the dealer who has also fitted new tyres, but still it pulls left. It has now done 18,000 km and I have been given all sorts of excuses. I?m not happy at not getting any help from Kia. Have I brought a lemon?

Kia has told us that they have had a handful of cases of new cars pulling left, but said they have all been fixed with a wheel alignment. They also told us they have no record of your complaint and would be happy to check your car. Take it to your dealer and ask them to contact Kia for help.
