Technically, none. Tesla has recently dropped "horsepower" ratings for their all-electric cars as they are not truly representative of the power the electric motors put out. Instead, electric motors are generally rate by kilowatt-hours (kWh), and the Model 3 has three different outputs from different battery packs available - 50kWh, 62kWh, and 75kWh.
