Holden Colorado 2010: Oil leak

I have noticed engine oil leaking from around the air intake on the diesel engine in my 2010 Holden Colorado. The dealer advised me that the turbochargers in these engines leak oil internally to lubricate internal parts inside the air intake system. Other mechanics have suggested there is a fault with the turbo seals. Is Holden correct or just sidestepping the warranty?
