Toyota Camry 2004: Can it be converted to LPG?

I HAVE a 2004 Toyota Camry Altise with a 2.2-litre engine. I'm very happy with it, but is it suitable to convert to LPG? It uses about 9.9 litres for 100km. If it were converted, would it lose power and performance?

TOYOTA generally doesn't recommend converting its cars to LPG. Fuel use of 9.9 litres for 100km is fairly economic, and the car probably would lose performance if converted.
