    Has Great Wall improved the X200s drivetrain?

    My mechanic told me that the 2012 Great Wall X200 had weak drivetrains.

    He said he fixed a few and didn't recommend them, but I can only afford a 4WD up to about $12,000.

    Has Great Wall improved the drive train on the X200s from 2012 on?

    I don't believe there have been any changes to the drivetrain.

    None of the owners we have spoken to have had any trouble with the drivetrain, the issues they have had have been fairly minor build quality things rather than major mechanical problems.
